We had amazing experience with Anissa! She was super flexible to help work with our budget (twice), and has been like working with a bridesmaid honestly. The best hype person!
She also expressed she was willing to travel all the way to the UP for all of our events at no cost which is a blessing since we don’t have any good local photographers/videographers. She even took grad and family photos during our engagement shoot because we needed so many photos after what we had been through. 
Not to mention the photos were moody, fun, and we just had a great time doing our engagement photos. She even managed to get them back to us the day I was having back surgery, so it gave me something to smile about while in pain. When searching for my photographer for my wedding I had never thought to take a chance on someone so far away. Anissa was STATES away when I found her from Florida and after we spoke, went over my vision, my now husband and I knew that it was her we wanted. She reached out multiple times to confirm everything for the wedding for the little details, the timeline and answer all questions I had for my big day. The day my wedding was here I was a mess running around trying to make sure everything was done and then her and her husband showed up right on time and I panicked. But they both knew exactly where they were needed and what needed to be done and did not hesitate to get started photographing our big day. The both of them were utterly amazing. If you are someone who is not always confident in front of the camera, doesn’t matter, they will get you to laugh, smile, show emotion, she has a vision and she gets it every time. I had my sneak peaks back in like a week and all my photos (over 300) back in a little over a month. She kept me updated the whole process on how everything was coming along. Nissa filmed my wife and I's wedding in Brighton, MI on 9/28/2024. I did not even realize that she was all the way in Grand Rapids until after we booked, she didnt fret at ALL over the distance!
I booked her well in advance for our big day and I am so grateful I got her when I did! We were back and forth on having a videographer, and ultimately decided to get one, She was very transparent with her communications prior to the wedding, and made sure she knew our personalities and most important must haves for our video. Her questions were personable, beyond the standard "break the ice," allowing her to know us on a more intimate level.
I cannot wait to sit down with my wife and relive the memories of our day.
Nissa was super attentive on the day of, everywhere I turned she was there, I am so excited to see all of the candid moments she was able to capture. She worked so well with our photographer, and was forthcoming with ideas that included our families and bridal party to create a video that truly showed the people in our lives on our big day.
